At Carmel Mountain Preschool one of our highest priorities is ensuring that our teachers and staff are exceptional. We know that the strength of our program lies in their commitment to child development. We go beyond the basic educational requirements and seek out individuals for their personal qualities. Our warm and caring staff is clearly what sets us apart; our staff consists of professionals dedicated to making a difference in each child’s world. They also recognize the importance of ongoing communication with parents. Many teachers have been with us over 10 years, which is a testament to the consistent, quality, and caring atmosphere of CMP. Our teachers are encouraged to seek out current child-related teaching techniques, continuing education and professional growth. Additionally, we support our teachers by providing bi-annual in-service training. All of our teachers are CPR and first aid certified.
